Yoga for Everyone
It’s not important if you are in your twenties or late seventies. Whether you are training for the marathon, or you can’t remember the last time you went for a run.
Yoga is a practice where flexibility, strength and balance grow with time, we do not compete with ourselves or others and no class is the same. Yoga is a beautiful practice that can help you find your inner peace. Please don't be intimidated by yoga terminology or fancy upside down poses.
Yoga is for everyone.
Yoga is for you.
It is a myth that we must be flexible to do yoga. We do not arrive to Yoga with perfect bodies. Through breath and mindful movement we move our bodies and our minds toward wholeness and healing, and we learn to accept ourselves as we are each day.
Time For You
Each time you come to a yoga class, you "turn up" for yourself. You remind yourself that you and your needs matter,
I often hear "I wish I could do yoga but I just don't have time". There are 24 hours in a day, 168 hours in a week, and it takes just 1.68% of your week to attend one class. You know you're worth it. You know you deserve it. Tap into your self love, love and commit to yourself: start practicing. Go to a group class, book a private class in person or online, start somewhere, start somehow. Make the first step.
Find your Inner Peace
Yoga not only improves your body, but also helps with mindfulness and meditation. Take a break from daily life in order to focus on yourself and get clarity. Connect with your truth, your purpose, your mind, body and soul.
